POSITION SUMMARY:
Assistant Director of Nursing (Registered Nurse with 2 years Home Health experience)
• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas
• Minimum two year of home healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse, experience in home healthcare is strongly preferred. Management experience is strongly preferred.

· Monthly Eligibility
· Check/Provide Updates to Senior Billing Specialist regarding appeals or change in reimbursements/insurance updates
· Track/Collect Self Pay Payments
· Report payment discrepancies and or fluctuations to Senior Billing Specialist
· Assist team as needed

· Maintain and monitor authorizations to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
