WHAT IS HOME HEALTHCARE?

Home healthcare is the service by which patients can receive quality medical treatment from skilled nurses, therapists and home health aides under the supervision of their physician.  Each patient will have an individualized plan of treatment to meet their specific medical needs.

Because the treatment is at the patient's home, there is a feeling of relief for the patient as they are in a familiar environment surrounded by loving people and their most treasured possessions.  This type of treatment is more conducive for the patient's recovery. 

Agape Home Healthcare exists to take care of all your healthcare needs.  We can provide you with nursing, therapies, medical social worker and home health aide through our home care program.  In addition to these services, meal preparation, light housekeeping and more can be provided for you through our Primary Care and CBA Program.
