Our pediatric team supports complex needs at home including medication management, feeding tubes, tracheostomy and ventilator care, seizure safety, wound care, and chronic condition management. We guide families through coverage and programs like the Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP), verify benefits, provide family-centered teaching with a nurse on call 24 hours.

You are eligible to receive our services if you-

Your child should need skilled services at home such as nursing for meds, feeding tubes, tracheostomy or ventilator care, seizure safety, wound care, or PT, OT, or speech therapy.
