What does PCS offer ?
Activities of Daily Living : eating, toileting, grooming, dressing, bathing, transferring, mobility, positioning, continence care
Instrumental Activites of Daily Living: personal hygiene, simple meal prep, grocery shopping, light housework, laundry, communication help, transportation support, money management as appropriate
Health-related functions: medication reminders and organization, range of motion and exercise as ordered, skin care, safe use of durable medical equipment, observing and reporting changes, basic record keeping
Nurse-delegated tasks as permitted by the Texas Nursing Practice Act
Hands-on help, cueing, and redirection to complete tasks
Consumer Directed Services available if you prefer to select and manage your own attendant
