What does MDCP offer ?
Respite: temporary direct care so the primary caregiver can rest, work or attend to other responsibilities
Adjunct Support Services: direct care that enables participation in child care, post secondary education, or independent living when the caregiver is at work, in training, or at school
Adaptive Aids: medically necessary devices and equipment to support daily living and access to the environment, up to 4,000 dollars is offered per eligibility period
Minor Home Modifications: permanent safety and access improvements such as bathroom modifications, doorway widening, and ramps, up to 7,500 dollars is offered lifetime
