You keep your own physician
Our patients have the right to remain under the care of their personal primary care physician. For those without an established doctor, an Agape hospice practitioner is available to provide medical oversight.
Registered nurses on call, 24 hours a day, seven days a week
A clinician is always reachable by phone to address symptom changes, answer family questions, and respond to urgent concerns at any hour.
A complete in-home care program
We provide skilled nursing care, comfort medications, medical equipment, and supplies needed to manage symptoms and preserve quality of life, delivered in the patient's home.
Bereavement support for up to thirteen months

You are eligible to receive our services if you-

We complete a simple evaluation, explain the hospice philosophy, and coordinate your plan with your doctor.

How to pay for Hospice Care?
Medicare, Medicaid, and many private insurance plans typically cover hospice services at 100 percent.
If coverage is not available, financial assistance may be possible.
